This page outlines the general terms and conditions for utilising the services of Adam Hattan Consultancy, a business name operating under The Hattan Company Ltd. A company registered in the United Kingdom under company registration number: 12089527.
All consultancy services are delivered by or on behalf of The Hattan Company Ltd. Any engagement with Adam Hattan in a personal capacity is not intended, and The Hattan Company Ltd. accepts no liability for reliance placed on Adam Hattan as an individual outside of this professional context.
The following terms and conditions are a condition of booking and utilising the services of Adam Hattan Consultancy. By purchasing a service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The 'Client', 'you' or 'your' in the context of these terms and conditions, is the purchasing customer looking to enlist the services of Adam Hattan Consultancy. 'We', 'us' or 'our' refers to The Hattan Company Ltd.

'We', 'us' or 'our' refers to The Hattan Company Ltd.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking and Payment:
- All sessions must be booked in advance using the provided booking link.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
- VAT invoices may be requested by contacting contact@adamhattan.com
- If payment is reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, The Hattan Company Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the session and pursue repayment for time reserved or services already rendered.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Termination:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to arrange a new time via contact@adamhattan.com
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled appointment where possible.
- In circumstances where a Client cancels more than once within 24 hours, no refund will be issued and any decision to reschedule is at the sole discretion of The Hattan Company Ltd.
- If a client does not turn up for their session(s), this will be considered as a 'no show.' In this circumstance, the client will not be entitled to a refund nor a rescheduling of their session. Any rescheduling may be subject to a 'no show' fee being paid by the client, and is handled at the sole discretion of The Hattan Company Ltd.
- Adam Hattan and The Hattan Company Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any communication, video call, meeting or otherwise at any time. Rescheduling or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Hattan Company Ltd. In the event a session is terminated due to a client's rude, aggressive, abusive, suggestive or unprofessional behaviour, a refund will not be issued and The Hattan Company Ltd. reserves the right to refuse future business.
- We reserve the right to permanently suspend access to consultancy services in the event of single or repeated rudeness, harassment, or breaches of our personal safety or comfort, whether in written, verbal, or in-person interactions.
- If we are unable to get in contact with you or have not had a response within 14 working days of our last contact with you, we will assume you are no longer interested in the service and that you have forfeited your right to a refund of any paid funds.

Refunds outside the stated terms are not guaranteed and remain entirely at the discretion of The Hattan Company Ltd.
Session Structure:
- For the Value package as outlined on the service page, the session will be an open discussion based on your needs, without prior review of your channel.
- For the Standard package as outlined on the service page, we will conduct a review of your channel prior to the call and provide detailed feedback during the session. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct link(s) to the social media pages in question, at least 48 hours prior to the video call. Summary notes sent via email are included, and should be received by the client in no more than 7 working days.
- For the Premium package as outlined on the service page, an initial 30 minute video call will be scheduled. We will then conduct a review of your channel prior to a one hour video call, during which we will provide detailed feedback. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct link(s) to the social media pages in question during the consultation call or at least 48 hours prior to the video call via email. Summary notes sent via email are included, and should be received by the client in no more than 7 working days. A third and final 30 minute video call will be scheduled at a time suitable for both us and the client, for a further review of progress or to go over any sticking points for the client.
In-person meetings are possible with the Premium package, however, they must be conducted in a public setting within 10 miles of Banbury, England, and are subject to Adam Hattan's schedule and availability. In person meetings are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are never guaranteed. As standard, this service is offered on a video call and email contact basis, with in-person meetings being handled as a bonus where possible. The Hattan Company Ltd. reserves the right to cancel in-person meetings at short notice or terminate them at any time. In circumstances where an in-person meeting is cancelled, rescheduling or a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of The Hattan Company Ltd.
- Any video calls are intended to be between Adam Hattan and one other user only. Whilst multiple people may be on the call via this one user, this is limited to friends, family or partners that are part of the booking client's social media ambitions. Video calls for multiple attendees on multiple users, or for businesses looking to grow a professional social media account, would fall under a corporate consultancy service, which must be quoted for separately via contact@adamhattan.com
- Personal and friendly conversations are welcome in the context of the consultancy, however, the client must be aware this will fall under billable time and their alloted time in a video call.
- A service or video call may not be scheduled for the sole purpose of fan interaction, surprises or general conversation. This is a specialised consultancy service, and taking advantage of the booking service for this purpose, will result in the session(s) being terminated without refund.
- Upon completion of the described service, no further advice or communication is required to be provided by The Hattan Company Ltd. Clients are, however, welcome to enquire about booking future billable time, video calls or similar via email: contact@adamhattan.com.
Confidentiality:
- All discussions and materials shared during our sessions will be kept confidential. We value your privacy and the trust you place in us.
- Clients may not record or publish sessions in any format without express written permission from The Hattan Company Ltd.
- For more in-depth conversations where confidential information about The Hattan Company Ltd. may be chosen to be shared, we reserve the right to require attendees to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to or during any session, at our sole discretion, if confidential or commercially sensitive information is to be disclosed.
Results Disclaimer:

Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, strategies, and advice shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of The Hattan Company Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any part of the consultancy materials or session content without prior written permission from The Hattan Company Ltd.
Liability:
- The Hattan Company Ltd. may not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. The client accepts that all advice, recommendations, and strategies provided are based on professional opinion and available information at the time, and any implementation of such advice is at the sole discretion and risk of the client. The Hattan Company Ltd.’s total liability in connection with the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific services.
- This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and even if the client asserts that any loss resulted from the application or misapplication of advice given.
